ZION
DOMINION LEGACY CONFERENCE
Statement of Purpose
In
light of the overwhelmingly high rates of HIV/AIDS among
teenagers in the Western New York region; multiplying
numbers of single parent households as the ‘norm’;
the ever increasing numbers of murders committed by and
against young adults; the alarming high rates of
incarcerated men as well as women; and the overall
negative impact popular culture has on the basic tenets
of holiness; Zion Dominion Global Ministries felt
compelled to establish a legacy of accountability and
integrity.
The
Zion Dominion’s Legacy conference is established to
impact the region by demonstrating the relevancy of the
Gospel of Jesus Christ through the Word and worship. The
Legacy presents speakers of national
and international renown; offers applied
workshops/seminars; and makes available inspirational
resources. Our
intent is to unify and preserve the body of Christ for
generations making a clarion call to the region to
reconciliation and redemption.
Zion
Dominion successfully sponsored its annual Legacy
Conference in 2006 and 2007.
Over 15,000 people attended this conference and
experience the dynamic word ministries of Bishop Noel
Jones; Bishop Paul S. Morton; Bishop Darrell Hines;
Apostle Richard Henton; Pastor Marvin Winans, Pastor
Rance Allen, Pastor Patrick Wooden; and Evangelist Rita
Womack. People
were also exposed to the musical talents of Dorinda
Clark Cole, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Pastor Ronzell
Pretlow, the Nevel Sisters, Kim Burrell, Chrystal
Rucker, and several others.
It
is Zion’s belief that the annual Legacy Conference
will build a multi-generational framework through the
word of God and the power of the Holy Ghost.
